Booking and Payment Procedures
- A 30% deposit is required to secure reservations
- Any deposit received are non-refundable
- Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value.
- Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.
- Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).
- For payment made via bank transfer, please note that all bank charges shall be borne by the guest
- Credit Card Payments can be made directly at Siargao Inn Beach Resort and are subject to a 3% (Visa and Master) or 5% (Amex) surcharge.
- Euro Payments are also accepted
Please note there are currently NO international ATM facilities on the island
